Frequently asked questions.

What about gifts?

Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you’d like to give something extra, we kindly ask for no bulky items since we’ll be traveling back to Perth. Vouchers or contributions towards our honeymoon would be so appreciated. There will be a wishing well at the ceremony. Thank you!

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Ceremony is outdoors on grass. Reception will be in a marquee with clear roofing and walls. There will be flooring in the marquee to help with ladies heels.

What time zone is the wedding in?

Although the wedding is in NSW, we are on Queensland time, so everything will wrap up at 11 PM Queensland time (midnight NSW time).

Can I bring a plus one?

We’d love to say yes, but unfortunately, we’re already over our numbers. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

It’s a cocktail/formal theme—think sunset, bright colours, fun! Keep in mind some areas will be on grass, so choose your footwear wisely.

Are kids allowed?

Yes, we’re happy to include the little ones, they’re family! Just message us to clarify before bringing children along please. We just kindly ask that if they get a bit loud during the ceremony, you take a little walk so the vows can be heard clearly. Thank you so much!

Is there parking available?

Yes, there are about 50 parking spots at the venue. That said, we recommend catching an Uber for a stress-free arrival and departure!

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

While we’re off taking photos, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy drinks and nibbles or step out and return later—it’s totally up to you! We promise we won’t be too long.

Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony will be outside on the grass near the lake. There will be hand held fans for you and umbrellas in case it is super hot.

What are we eating?

We’re so excited for you to enjoy the amazing food! The full menu is attached for you to check out - yum!
